One to One Marketing Coaching

Effective marketing is not just about understanding the strategies. It's driven by the person you are being, and experience has taught me that one or even two coaching sessions with a practitioner are pretty much a waste of time and money if you are looking for meaningful change. It takes at least four sessions for us to get to the nub of the problems holding you back and enable us to plan a clear effective route forward.

To see real results you have to be able to create momentum, and you'll never do that after just one hour of strategy coaching. I need to get to know you & your business and see the best way forward for you, be able to coach you through the changes required, and then show you how to turn strategies into tangible results.

I therefore only provide my Premium Marketing Coaching in a minimum of four-month blocks, providing four 1 hour sessions, resources, full support in between our coaching sessions, and plenty of fresh ideas to really get you & your practice marketing moving forwards.

Prior to us starting to work together I will also spend time researching both your practice & your digital profile and those of your closest competitors so that I can understand what needs to be done in terms of your marketing.

We will then spend our 1-hour sessions looking to identify what your goals are, what the roadblocks are you are experiencing, and finally creating a roadmap to help move you forward and start seeing improved results.

Sometimes when you are feeling stuck you just need some help to find your direction and a little bit of support to get you unstuck. 

Sometimes a good conversation about the real problems you're facing, some clarity around what you want to achieve and then a structured path forward with support is what you need to get going again.

If that is the case then my Coaching Plus service is for you.

This one-off 1 to 1 coaching session will give you just that, an hour of intense one-on-one person and practice-specific coaching with me (we'll cover a lot in an hour), as well as the recording of the session for you to download so that you can review it over and over again to reinforce the work we did.
Plus access to relevant support training, workbooks, digital resources and swipe files that we agree will help you move forward more quickly.
Plus WhatsApp support directly from Jill for the 2 weeks following the coaching session.

Coaching Plus gives you:

• Getting to the Root of it - a worksheet for you to use to identify the key problem/s you want help with
• Preparation time for me to review your worksheet to ensure we get the most out of our time together
• 1-hour virtual coaching session with Jill
• Video recording of your session for you to keep and refer to
• Access to any of my additional resources, downloads, templates, etc that I feel will support you further
• Action points are agreed upon at the end of each session so that you can go away and implement them in your practice. 
• 2 weeks of additional support after your coaching session via WhatsApp

REMEMBER - the magic is only going to happen if you put into practice the things you have learned.

Sometimes there is no need for whistles and bells, you just need a little helping hand and some focused time.

Prior to us starting to work together I will also spend time researching both your practice, your online profile, and those of your closest competitors so that I can understand what needs to be done in terms of your personal development, business strategies, and practice marketing.

Your Let's GSD Coaching package includes:

• Getting to Know You - a comprehensive document that you complete in advance of your first call to help Jill understand where you are in relation to your marketing, and provide more meaningful input and support
• Practice-specific and competitor research carried out by Jill prior to the start of the coaching to make strategy development more targeted
• 8 one-hour coaching sessions conducted privately and virtually with Jill
• Each coaching session is tailored specifically to the needs of you & your practice. We start with you & then move on to the marketing 
• All coaching sessions are recorded and those recordings are made available to you as a resource after each session
• Sessions are booked at intervals to suit you and the progress you are making but all sessions must be taken within a 4-month window
• Action points are agreed at the end of each session for you to implement. For best results, this work must be done prior to the next coaching session.
• Additional support is provided via Slack during the 4 month period by Jill and the Practice Momentum team so that you can get A's to your Q's as you go through the work.

The Price

The full price for the Let's GSD Coaching package is £1,672.

To make that easier on your cash flow we break that down into 4 equal payments of £418 payable each month for the 4 months of coaching.
