We need to be connected to you in two different ways for this process to work well.

Introduction to Using Slack

Frequent and effective communication is essential for the success of your Content Magic. We use the Slack platform to keep all our communication in one place. Please watch this video to learn how to use Slack and communicate directly with the content creation team.

Using Google Drive

We need you to share your logos, headshots, brand fonts, colours, and any other brand guides so we can match your current branding. The simplest way to do that is through Google Drive.

Your Branding Assets

 
To make sure you have consistent branding we need to get copies of some branding assets. This quick video takes you through the process of providing us with your branding assets.
To find free to use stock images take a look at both Unsplash and Pixabay.
Use the search function to find relevant images and then save them to your computer and upload them to your Google Drive Stock Images folder

Choose Your Social Channel(s)

Production Process

 

Once you've had your second call with Sarah you can jump in here and start thinking about your video production.

Your Content Magic service is a collaboration between us here at Practice Momentum and Howard Tinker and his team at Done For You Marketing.

In this section, Howard and I are going to take you through the basics of producing some good quality videos that will mean your blog, Youtube content and social posts will also be good quality.
It may look daunting initially, but we promise you that once you're into the swing of it you'll find it pretty straightforward to do what needs to be done each month.

 

As this is a process you will repeat every month, feel free to come back here at any time to refresh your memory. Also keep a copy of the Production Phase Checklist handy so you can remind yourself what comes next.

Recording Kit

Don't worry, you don't need tons of expensive equipment or software to be able to record your monthly videos, and you probably already have most of what you need. In this video, Howard discusses the equipment you need (and don't need) including cameras, lights, mics, smartphones, tripods, selfie sticks, and more.

Each month you just need to record a 3 minute video. Here's how to record the ideal type of video that we can turn into your online content. 

Content Creation

By this point Sarah will have provided you with a list of video titles that have been structured in a way that combines effective keywords and the most popularly searched terms in your key subjects. The idea is that you now use that list to start creating videos that match those titles exactly. Let me explain.

How to Send Videos

Videos can be very large files and so we need to use a specialist file transfer system to get your recordings from you to our team. 
 
By now you will have access to FileTransfer.io, this short video is just going to remind you how to use it.

Tweak your transcript & create a blog

As well as creating your videos for various platforms, we add subtitles. Then we create long written posts, articles and blogs for you. We will get the transcript of the video to you so that you can make sure that it's accurate and reads well for all of the various purposes.

You have the final say...

Each month you get to see all 130+ content pieces that have been created for you. This is done inside your "Airtable". Once you have approved the end product we will start posting while you sit back and relax.

Consistency Brings Results

With consistent content being posted daily, weekly, and monthly, engagement, enquiries and new patients will start to flow into your practice.
