6 Boundaries Every Health Practitioner Should Set in their Practice
Whether we are training our children, our pets or our team members, the one thing that will have the biggest impact on our chances of success, is having boundaries. Our ability to set them and be consistent with sticking to them, is game changing.
In every healthcare practice the practitioners, the support team & the patients have to learn to play by the rules that we set ourselves, so that the practice works for all of us.
In this weeks blog I’m going to take you through my view on boundaries in business, and the 6 areas in your healthcare practice, where I believe you need to be most vigilant.
Without boundaries many practitioners are permanently living and working in overwhelm, causing friction in relationships, burning themselves out and definitely not living the life they dream of.
